Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the OneMorePixel website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

OneMorePixel provides web development, design, and consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom website development
• AI-powered web solutions
• High-performance website optimization
• Web consulting and strategy
• Technical support and maintenance

Project Agreements

All project work will be governed by a separate project agreement or statement of work that outlines:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Client and OneMorePixel responsibilities
• Intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered, clients will own the rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. OneMorePixel retains the right to use completed projects as portfolio pieces unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed by OneMorePixel remain the property of OneMorePixel.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless other terms are agreed
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges
• Work may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days overdue

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary content, assets, and information
• Ensuring they have rights to all materials provided
• Maintaining backup copies of all delivered work

Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality work and will address any defects or errors in our deliverables. However, our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

OneMorePixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed to date. Specific termination terms may be outlined in individual project agreements.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
